I had no idea that Safelite could replace an entire windshield in my driveway. Very happy with the service. The technician, Joseph, was professional, punctual, and kind. Safelite charged me 150$ than what my insurance quoted me for a replacement. My only (minor) complaint is that my rearview mirror shakes a bit now. Excellent service! will absolutely use them again!

Jennifer and John are AMAZING!!!! They came through for me this morning, in a clutch, when my insurance company hadn't held up their end of the bargain. Jennifer tried on my behalf, to reconcile with Geico, and then assured me that she'd personally take care of me. She did that and more. She sent out the Sr. Tech John, after he'd overheard the issues I was having. He came to my job, was as sweet as pie, and got me all done. Jennifer and John are angels, and I appreciate them fully.
Excellent service from mobile technician Jimmy. He called me in the morning, let me know when he would be arriving. Upon arrival he was professional and clearly explained all the potential risks and what he was going to do. He completed the repair quickly and texted me when he was done. Excellent service. As for the repair itself, this was my first time having such a repair so I didn't know what to expect. Well, don't expect the windshield to look like new. There is still a very visible crack; they just fill it with some resin and scrape out the broken glass. Not a replacement for actual glass replacement, but at least now the crack is sealed.
