After having my Prius rear ended on I-77, we took it to Calibur Collision for repair. Unfortunately, one of the replacement parts was defective. But after working with Carlos Lowery, he was able to get the part replaced and fixed back to factory settings. I also appreciated their customer service, they kept me up to date daily and worked with me to get the car fixed to my satisfaction.

I took my Silverado 3500HD in for some insurance covered work. I spoke with the Service Advisor on Friday, bought my vehicle in on Monday and got it back Friday of the same week ready for our upcoming camping trip on Monday. My experience with Caliber Collision in Rock Hill, and particularly with my Service Advisor, Kristin Ennis, was top notch. My insurance adjuster was onsite also, so it was really a one stop claim and repair experience for me. What I really appreciated was that Kristin gave me some realistic repair time estimates but then also kept me updated on progress with any adjustments on the repair time. This was most appreciated. Kristin was especially pleasant to work with in getting my truck looking beautiful again while also in a very reasonable amount of time.
