I normally don't write reviews but I felt today was definitely deserving of one. I have been going here for oil changes since April of 2016. Joes is always super nice and professional. If they are backed up which is very rare he will let you know the wait time so you can decide to wait or come back at another time. My splash gaurd on my car started to hang off. Joe said if I ordered the part they would put it on the next time I had an oil change for free. I went to Honda to order the part and literally got the run around. I initially was going to order the part at Honda AND get my oil changed there. I got back in the car and drove across the street to menike. I got my usual oil change and asked if they could take the guard off until I get a new one order since it was hanging. I asked if he could check my brakes and to see if I needed a tune up. he showed me my brake pads and showed me the spark plug and said I didn't need any. I don't know much about cars so I am appreciative of him going the extra mile and showing me. I def will continue to do business with them.
I cant believe they let someone like this in management.

Excellent customer focused service, very quick and professional. You get the personal touch here, the owner is right there in the shop. They also take the time to educate you before, and after the work. I got in quick and was out in less than an hour for a coolant flush and fill, as well as a cooler sensor replacement, which was very hard for them to do. They invested in a very expensive computer system, and showed me all the secrets inside my computer module. Just a great place. If you are looking for a long term relationship, you should look here.
They maintained my car, Joseph the manager (owner) is very friendly and helpful.
Nice people...I really miss the meineke in fort mill thought the atmosphere there was so much more inviting :(
I WILL NOT GO BACK. The guy who worked at the front desk was a total ass. I have been a customer for years at Fort Mill but that location closed for some reason so I was forced to come to this location. He refused to accept 2 separate coupons. Both coupons were for an oil change. I was not trying to use them both at the same time but when he said he would not accept one, I asked for him to use the other. He still declined. Both of these coupons were open to be accepted at this location. Again, the guy at the desk was a total jerk. I asked him these questions before I left.
"Would you be willing to accept one of these coupons?" He said no. I asked "wouldn't you rather accept a coupon instead of me leaving?" He said no again. Finally I said " So let me get this straight, because YOU don't want to accept you'd rather have me leave and make no sale at all?" He said yes.
