Toyota (Rock Hill) is a great place to have your vehicle serviced! I would recommend them to anyone. Rhonda Jackson is also a very good service consultant to work with. I enjoy working with her each time I have my Toyota serviced. I feel like they're very honest and upfront with me. They were extremely nice. Could have charged me a lot of money for a tire today because I need one. Will need a whole set within a month. They let me know that a sale will take place starting Monday. That is why they have had my business over 8 years and I will continue to come back over and over again.
I've had my vehicle here a few times for recalls and factory warranty repairs. The entire crew in the service department are great, especially Rhonda and David. John, the technician, took his time and made sure all my concerns were addressed as well as explained how the vehicle operated etc. This is a great team to come to for your servicing needs (wait time is long but worth it).
Everything went smoothly. Everyone I dealt with was professional and easy to work with. My sales rep Felix was knowledgeable and wonderful with the overall purchase experience. He provided not only a detailed explanation on the features of my new vehicle but also followed up with demos as well as have me do some of the functions so that I would be comfortable. He synced my phone to bluetooth (which I have never used). Extremely helpful!
Amazing staff and customer service. I came by just before they closed without any plans to purchase a car and ended up finding exactly what I wanted for a great deal! Miguel, our sales rep and the accounting team made sure I left with my ideal car + insurance for a steal and they made the process as smooth as possible!
