The finance manager put the nail in the coffin. So rude and actually hung up on me the last conversation I had with her.
I received a call from Clinton Family Ford asking what happened. I told my story and she was very apologetic. For this reason, I am updating to 3 stars. For them to reach out to me within less than 2 hours after posting means a lot.
If you still go there after reading this, well, good luck with that.
Horrible repair area - tried to blame me for the issues with my 2012 Ford Focus. Had to get rid of the car - spent $2,000.00+ here to fix all the issues. Except they weren't fixed. Tried to charge me for something that was under warranty too. Never getting a Ford car again though - all these issues were built in just for me to spend to fix them.
I've purchased 7 vehicles so far from Clinton Family Ford since 2011. I feel that they are honest when it comes to making deals. I have also recommended the dealership to many of my friends and even out-of-town family members as a great place to get a quality vehicle at a fair price. I have no complaints about this dealership or Ford as a whole. I have owned over 20 vehicles in less than 18 years from foreign to domestic and have been pleased with this dealership and brand.
Great Service!! I was traveling from out of town and my headlight needed to be replaced. I had no appointment and they replaced bulb in under 20 minutes. The entire staff was super friendly and helpful. The big surprise was my total bill. I didn't get taken to the cleaners. Under $40. A special shout out to Tori. Thank you!
I tried to give them the benefit of doubt and give them a second chance. They blew that second chance out of the water and burned that bridge.
Never again will I step foot in that dealership and I WILL be sure to tell EVERYONE how awful their customer service is.

What an experience!! I am very thankful for Dave, his tremendous patience with me!! Always there with a smile on and guidance for the next step! Corey was AMAZING!! He jumped hurdles to get us in the car we really wanted! He never got ill, frustrated, or hateful like all the other dealerships! Not to mention, he saved us $56 a month on our payment! Thank you to all of Clinton Family Ford for making my purchase a success!! I will never forget you guys, and I know you guys the same!! Buy your next car/truck from Clinton Family, and you will NOT be disappointed!
This place is a joke! Twice I have tried to deal with them and twice they have been rude.
AND my gas tank was made out of plastic. Who does that? The thing imploded. Everything is plastic with this company. Christ.
