Had a repair, but our car sounded worse than it did when we took it in. They seemed aggrivated and recommended we 'wait it out.' We had a second opinion, and it was confirmed the repair was done incorrectly. It turns out it was a bad part, but had they been willing to look at it when we called instead of asking us to 'wait it out,' the issue could have been quickly resolved. Thankfully, they fixed the part.

Bestway did a very good job; they kept their quote and finished the vehicle before promised. The owner was friendly and showed integrity and did exactly what he said he would do. The price was good. I would recommend this business to anyone!
I am from out of town and broke down driving through Fort Mill. Found this place and they were first rate all around. One call and they took care of everything from towing my car, to replacing my fuel pump with BMW certified service and parts and getting me back on the road the same day. And the total price was very good even for an independent shop. Great espresso too!
