Hotel was great for the price. Bed and linens were clean. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The continental breakfast was limited, we chose to eat out but plenty of people took advantage of the offerings. I was very grateful that the rooms opened to hallways and not the outdoors. Bathrooms need some updating. Again, for the price, very great stay.
Bed is comfortable, room is spacious, about 10 dead lady bugs on the sill, shampoo was used and almost empty, hair and soap on the shower wall, floor had not been vacuumed, elevator is out of service until the end of December, hallway smells of cigarette smoke. Overall, served the purpose of getting some sleep.
Everything seemed fine upon arrival except for the disrepair of the front desk area, this should have clued me in for the remainder of the visit. The trash hadn't been collected and overflowing with beer cans, the coffee maker almost melted down all over the dresser and the shower/bath only barely trickled. If i want a shower, standing in the rain might work better! I'm highly disappointed in addition to putting my Wyndham Rewards Gold status up for review. The last 4 hotel experiences from them have ended horribly and I am sure there is a better service available.
This place has not been maintained well the last 6-8 years. Rooms smell horribly of deodorizer. Toilet was clogged all night. Shower pressure was at about 30%. Hot water was luke warm at best. Only half of TV remote works.
Helpful friendly staff, great value for the money. The rooms are equipped with all the necessary appliances. I had low expectations and they suprised me with extremely clean rooms and exceptional service. I couldn't ask for anything more during my 3 week stay.
