The room was comfortable and spacious. The beds and bathroom were clean and the staff was very courteous. The breakfast was pretty average on the scale of hotel provided food and coffee.
My family and I stayed here for over a week. The owner is extremely gracious and a really nice man. They are very pet friendly, nothing was stolen from the room and the car was never touched. Everything is clean and the room is quiet. Veteran friendly too.
The room was clean and large. Many USB ports and outlets. Bathroom nice. Fridge sitting area coffee and tea bar. Air conditioning good. General public areas run down. The breakfast wasn't nearly as upscale at other comparable places. The location is great. Walking distance to good restaurants.
The Comfort Suites of Rock Hill met every single expectation I have in a quality hotel stay. The property is quiet and peaceful yet located centrally to many dining and shopping options. The front desk staff were very friendly and got me checked in to my room almost immediately upon arrival. The hotel is modern and elegantly designed both in the lobby and hallways and in my individual room. My room was perfectly cleaned and equipped with a roomy seating area and both a fridge, microwave and large TV. They also offered a free complimentary breakfast, although I was sleeping so well in my bed that I struggled with getting myself out of bed to go eat it. I'll definitely be back next time I work in the Rock Hill area.
Affordable stay for the area. Included hot breakfast is always a plus. Rooms are clean and bug free. Would stay again if I was in the area. Walking distance to great steakhouse and shopping.
