The location was great: right off the highway! The staff were very helpful, especially the person who was the night/early morning person. Very friendly, and struck the right balance between energetic and letting tired people be tired. He was very knowledgeable about the local area, which was great in planning my day. The room was also clean and quiet even though the hotel was full. The only real drawback is that the mattress was a bit too firm for me and more pillows would have been nice. But overall, it was quite a pleasant stay, and I would stay again!
The breakfast is adequate, decent coffee, and the staff is professional. The doors shut tight and the TV'S now have 4k programming.
I lot of whining reviews on here. The place overall is at least a four and they treat me very well.
A lot quieter than last time. Super comfortable beds and fantastic desk clerk.Just to let you know, I have spent 50 plus nights here. I have stayed in 20 different rooms, upstairs and downstairs. I have never seen bed bugs or any bugs in this red roof inn.

Stayed here as a tired traveler. I had a king room. Everything was clean, bed was comfortable, no noise from the highway and the room smelt nice and fresh. Staff were friendly. I will definitely stay again.
Place is just right for a night or two. Easy access to I-77. Food areas. I enjoyed my stay very much...
