Warning to Corporate Lodging users. This hotel will bait you in saying yes they accept Corporate Lodging and then charge the credit card you give them for incidentals. After talking to the extremely rude front desk manager, he said if I didnt like it I would be escorted out of the building by police, which I was an hour before checkout. Simply the worst hotel experience I have ever had.
Nice, clean. The breakfast is great but not included and is not very cheap at $10 per person.
Rooms were nice and the beds comfortable. Employees were very professional and helpful. The food was very good but breakfast costs extra (pricey, make sure to buy at time of check-in) and was not complimentary. The indoor pool is nice but a little on the small side. I would stay there again.
Would not work with us to correct a mistake when ordering a room. Be very wary of purchasing a non-refundable room. Noticed the mistake seconds after purchasing the room that we had chosen the wrong dates. Told nothing they can do so I guess we have to eat the cost. Honest mistake and we will be more careful in the future, but once they have your money you aren't getting it back I guess. Greedy, but I think everyone knows that about hotels. We should have been more careful. We bought them through a third party site and got the run around from both the site and the hotel. Hotel had the no refund policy.
5++ Stars!! The staff were amazing. The room was spacious. And most of all, I had a person in a wheelchair. The bathroom and the room itself were so well equipped it was outstanding. Truly they spared no expense in making sure wheelchair people were comfortable. Cannot say enough about this hotel. Worth the drive outside of Charlotte to stay here.
