I wanted to come back and edit my review from a week ago. I'm a little late, but it has to be done. I'm changing my review to 4 stars. Yes the service in the beginning was a bit rough.....but their manager Christine(hope I didn't murder her name!) was awesome. She made things right and then some. I will definitely make the drive back to give them a second chance. So, thank you Christine for all your help. We'll be seeing you soon.
Real like the store at Cracker Barrel. But, the restaurant have a comfortable feeling to the environment. The fireplace was not lit, eve though it was cold outside. The oil lamps are also a nice touch. The waitress was very familiar with the menu and suggested several items. We live an hour away and was not please will the food. It look the food do not look attractive at all it looked at very Bland with no coloring. The macaroni and cheese was all over the place. They was out of certain items. Finally, after asking 3x for a side item that was out. The 4x there was something to choose from. The best Cracker Barrel is in Asheville, NC. The service there is awesome

Service and food was fine but the restaurant is dirty. Crumbs on seats and food particles and grime all over the walls and pictures against our table and others. Visited this restaurant six months ago and it's still as dirty today as it was then.
We had a young lady by the name of Kendal. She was truly the best server we have ever had there! The last 2 times our food was messed up and wrong... She has fully restored our faith in this place!! My fiancee and I will be back for her. Also her mother was a sweetheart also! Thanks Kendal and merry Christmas!
We were very pleased with the wait, we thought it would be much longer than it was. Had the Thanksgiving special and it was outstanding. Waitress was one of the best we have had. We will go back soon.
