This location is pretty good. I had the fahitas, chicken and shrimp. And my husband had the chicken enchiladas. Was excellent. Our server was fantastic. He kept a close check on us for anything else we needed or wanted.
I normally have a wonderful visit when i go to chili’s. It started ok but as time passed the service was very slow. I told the waitress my cup was dirty more than once and all she said is that’s nasty.! Did not offer a clean cup or to take the soda off my bill. She could have acknowledged the problem. It will be a while before I go back. I hope the service is better. �today.
Good food. Restaurant needs a cleaning over haul. Female employee taking up seating in foyer. She then sat at a table to eat chips & salsa when there was a wait for customers.
Don't do Chili's voluntarily, but my step-son invited us. This Chili's was set up a little different than the one closer to home and he'd arrived before us and picked one of those crazy hi-table and chair sets some restaurants have. I will say the service was better than any Chili's I'd previously been to and they got the order right...for everyone at the table! The waitress was pleasant, polite and accurate. I wondered if I was really in Chili's a couple of times. Price point was the same as most Chili's. If you have to do Chili's, I'd give this one a shot, maybe you'll get lucky and get the same waitress we got.
This location is great! After the remodel and the new menu, the food is better and fresher. Occasionally, service has been slow, but the staff are very attentive.
