Service was great. Waitress very friendly. Food was delicious. We had one of the new steak plates they are advertising on TV. Very good.
Food was good but service was shabby. We ordered an appetizer. They forgot about it and served our dinners first, so we cancelled the app. Then after we had finished dinner, they brought out the appetizer we had ordered, but the waitress intervened and told them to take it away. We could hear them asking in the kitchen if anyone wanted it. Manager dropped by and asked how the service was but did not offer any remedy. Not a big deal since we didn't pay for it, but it still didn't leave a good impression.
Definitely a chain restaurant. Pretty average experience on all aspects of dining.
Talk about dirty silverware. Three attempts to get a clean fork and four to get a clean knife. Makes you wonder how clean the plates are. Can't tell since they're full of food. Server never picked up our dirty appetizer plates. We pushed them to the side of the table to make room for our dinners. Food was okay, nothing great. Won't eat there again because of the cleanliness issue. Too gross!
Terrible experience. My best friend and I waited almost ten minutes before we were seated. When I asked the waitress Kristen's opinion about a certain food choice she was more focused on the other table and blew me off. When we received our food it was very cold. My best friend ordered a Sierra Mist that had no syrup in it just straight carbonation. When it was time to receive the checks our waitress gave us our receipts without the receipt book. I didn't find it odd at first but all her other tables had the receipt book but us. We wasn't offered to go cups or trays for the food and drinks we barely touched but the next table was offered both. I will never return to this location again.
