This is a beautiful studio with excellent staff. I recently attended a Nia class there on Saturday morning and it was amazing!! It was a great workout for the mind, body, and spirit. This is a lovely space and I look forward to taking yoga there as I have heard great things about the teachers.

I was blessed to get a 5 session gift from my husband for Mother's Day. After going to Yoga 101 on Thursday evenings, I am pretty sure 5 sessions isn't going to be enough! I appreciate the gentle corrections, the encouragement to make yoga my own, the shared readings to deepen my journey, and the education of muscle groups for each pose (as well as common mistakes).
