Very knowledgeable group of guys, extremely helpful and gave me great advice on setting up and fixing my stereo system. Will most certainly be back in the future to upgrade my system or if i run into any issues.
I have had two LED light strip added to my truck in the past 5 months dealing with Freeman.... everyone of the installs had to be done over. I got fed up with the strips getting water in them and every time they would say it's the products fault...but my product is waterproof and is written in the description. So the last time i had this problem I took it off myself and replaced it. I notice on my strip... areas where it looked damaged to where water would have no problem entering it if water was to get on it. It looked like it was done on purpose. After installing the LED strip myself....i have had no problems with water or anything else! And I have had it installed on my truck for months now. My advice to anyone dealing with them...is to not trust their work. They are a bunch of crooks! Who smile in your face And take your vehicle to work on in a area not visible to you the customer. Don't trust them.
The fastest service I have ever received. I had a dvd player changed in my conversion van. I didn't get a chance to sit down and read my magazine good and they were finished and handing me my keys! I was like...Are you serious???? You are finished already??? :) They did an awesome job. Mounted everything very professional looking and it works great! These guys are super nice too. They had EXACTLY what I needed (which was a unit not easily found around town, I would have had to order it online, but they had it right there in the store) I live in Charlotte and they are in Rock Hill which was about an hour drive for me but it was soooooo worth the drive. This is my new car stereo store.
Had to take my car back several times for the same issue. They installed it ok but the rear speaker didn’t work. They should of found the problem first time around!! I swear the guys in the back who work in these cars are a bunch! Never coming back again. Customer beware!!
I called and said “Hi I wanted to get a quote on window tinting.” The guy said “ok.” I waited for him to tell me what info he needed, then he says “ok” again like annoyed. I repeated myself and he says “well I need to know what you got man.” Really excellent customer service. Going somewhere else.
