When the manager of a store, during peak time treats you as though you are the only client, it speaks to more than customer service. It speaks to the culture that is apparent throughout the team at this store— my home store!
Am hour and a half of waiting and I'm told it'll be another hour because they o my have 2 sales reps. The other people can't help customers apparently. They suggested I go to Best Buy to get Geek Squad to fix my Gear S2 that just needs to have it's SIM activated (went out for service and came back needing to be reactivated). Ridiculous.
The management at this location dealt with my problem directly, and made good on every promise to keep me updated throughout.
Waited in store for almost 2 hrs and still was not able to get the help I needed
Following a horrible experience with the AT&T online store, I reached out in extreme frustration to the professionals at this branch.
I have found that although possessive of insider tricks etc, the brick and mortar locations have to deal with the same frustrating issues that consumers encounter when dealing with online and customer “support” departments.
During a peak time of business (launch of a new model), with a full brick and mortar store of customers, the team at the Dave Lyle Blvd. location took the time to stay on hold, answer the same questions repeatedly, and get disconnected - so that I would not have to.

Some times haven't been impressed after leaving Verizon ( where you can't hear me now) This time the greeter made copies of paperwork from an old sale still under warranty. Good job. No waiting.
I was met with understanding and respect, and the impression that the person I was talking to, did in fact, genuinely want to help me find a solution.
Had issue with brand new screen covers, ATT rep said to go to any store and they would immediately resolve and replace, they could check the notes on our account, no questions...well, that didn't happen. Greeted with such rudeness, argued with from the manager, and spoke to with such disrespect and condescending manner- never have I been treated in such a way. AWFUL customer service, AWFUL.
