As always Best Buy in almost every single location, there's always someone there to assist you instead of hiding from you. As always the huge variety of products to choose from and everything of great quality, even their more affordable products "Insignia" are very good.
They tried to be helpful the last 2 times I was there, but gave me bad info nonetheless.
I took my computer in for repair which it had never had four. I learned that Best Buy will not touch it unless you are a member of their "Club". What that means is that you have to buy protection for your computer for one, two, or three years. Any other parts necessary are extra. If you are going to join the club I recommend the three years because it's a better deal and you won't have to worry about anything for 3 years. Store personnel was professional and courteous.
Great store for all you need. Very helpful and they don't know they find someone who does.
My experience there has been more miss than hit, but (I think) they're trying... 4 stars for (sorta) making an effort.
Called to speak to a human. Good luck. First off, the options never give a clear choice that tells you to choose one that leads to an associate. Then was on hold 22 minutes listening to ridiculous music and commercials. I'm forced to call Walmart for my tech questions. I'm sure i won't get professional info at a walmart, but At least they'll pick the freaking phone up.
I really want to see these places survive, but sometimes wonder if they care themselves.
