You only have one chance to make a first impression, I allowed for two. And this was after I was warned not to go there by someone who worked for another optometrist.
I arrived, over 2 weeks later, for my appointment, 20 minutes ahead of time, as requested, at 8:30AM. I could tell it was the same girl checking me in as the one who booked my appointment because of her snark. She informed me that the doctor had called out sick, I said is there a reason no one has called? She said they have been calling all morning, I said you would think the appointments scheduled to come in first would be notified, she said we called. I attempted to show her my phone that I had zero calls the entire day so far, but she would not look up from her computer. No other doctor's were available. She continued to insist they called to cancel, essentially calling me a liar.
When I called to make an appointment, the receptionist asked for my phone number, I responded and let her know I was a new patient, her response (with snark in her tone) was "yeah, I still need your phone number." I should've stopped here and not scheduled an appointment with Dr. Robinson.
Between her snarky attitude and their terrible customer service, I will find another doctor in town.
