Oof. I hate bad reviews, but I really had a terrible experience with this provider. My first appointment was at this location, and they welcomed me very kindly, helped fill in my chart, and then took me back for a partial exam, so I could get a new prescription for contacts and glasses. I distinctly discussed having difficulty seeing with my current prescription with the doctor and the nurse, but somehow left with the same prescription as before. It felt like either my chart hadn't been filled in and saved, or like I wasn't being listened to--and, either way, it was frustrating, because they have the power to change my prescription to something better, and I don't. I would understand, if I had been unclear or failed to mention my concerns about my current prescription, but I was outspoken about the problem and made sure it was addressed. At my contacts fitting, I had the contact specialist change my prescription--she agreed that I needed to have it changed--and she gave me a couple of samples in my old prescription, to try, to see if they might retain moisture better than my current brand. A few days afterward, she called to check up on me, and I told her I'd already made my decision, and she said she would place an order for my contacts. Weirdly, I received a call, days later, stating that my contacts were ready, and that I could have them picked up at any time...followed by a second call, hours later, stating that my contacts were on order and they would contact me when my contacts arrived. Confused, I waited for their call...two months later, they tell me they are waiting on me to give them my contact decision! It was then denied that I'd had any contact with them--luckily it's 2017 and cell phones keep call data, or I would have believed them and thought I was losing my mind. I think this is honestly an issue with the charts, but I don't know if it's user error or the system itself. Either way...I would recommend going here only if you have unlimited time, confidence, and patience, because, if your experience is anything like mine, you will need to keep on them and advocate for yourself, in order to get what you need. They did rectify the situation, but...honestly, it just didn't fix the lack of care given in the first place. Sorry, Meck Eye. This was pretty bad.

Fantastic service !! Researched doctors and practices in area ,,,after calling a competitor and not receiving a call back after 2 voicemails,,,i went with this office and Dr Kuruvilla. The office and the staff were friendly, professional and made every step of the process easy and more comfortable! Thank you so much ! 5 stars for the best cataract doctors and optical office in the area !
