Won't give an appointment for emergency. Asked about whether their patient and insurance type, before saying no. My wife is having toe-nail infection and having severe pain in the night. Last night we almost want to go to the emergency due to the unbearable pain. This morning when I called, after some heated argument, they gave us an appointment for next Monday. The funny part is when I called Fort Mill office, I was given an appointment, at the same place, the same day. In the mean time we were able to secure another appointment through a colleague of my wife. What a shame? We need influence and connections to get a medical appointment.
I kept my cool and never returned.
Horrible experience. Was given a cortisone shot 10 minutes into the visit. Was told to try a "German Laser Treatment". Pain came back one hundred times worse and I returned to the practice. Laslty, they billed me incorrectly.
Charged me & charged my insurance. I noticed when I got the bill ..Notified Alpine that I was over charged. Receptionist ( Barbra) Got very rude about the refund they owed me. I did finally get the refund after going back and forward with her. ..Called about my foot continue to swell . She calls me back and said Dr. Crabtree wants to know what do you want him to do... I thought it was his job to let me know what to do. Smh
Thanks very much for a job well done! Dr. Paukovitz and staff xrayed, analyzed, and cast my feet for inserts to place in my boots, and upon their arrival, they were an exact fit, and my feet felt their support instantly. I should mention that I had had thinner supports made some years ago, so I was no stranger to this. These things are great, and though I won't be taking clogging lessons any time soon, walking has become much more of a breeze. Thanks again!
