If I could give 0 stars I would. I am so disappointed in Kodak’s haircut. Typically we go here and there’s a guy that does Kodak’s haircut and he’s AMAZING. He takes his time, we don’t have to tell him much! He just knows that we still want our dog to look like a COCKAPOO when he’s finished. Obviously not this girl who did his grooming yesterday. I told her we wanted a level 2 and she asked about his face. I told her I still wanted his hair a little long. She said that she wasn’t sure because of his hair being a little tangled by his mouth. I honestly didn’t think that she was going to cut all of his hair off.... she obviously did not take her time with him at all.. she cut his hair so low that you could see his skin... why would you cut a cocker spaniel poodle mix like this? I didn’t even recognize my dog when I saw him....

I've recently gotten into aquariums and I bought my tank and all my other products directly from this store. I threw tons of questions at the staff and they always had an answer. Not only an answer but the correct answer as I researched behind them every time. This Petsmart definitely hires people who have experience in being a pet owner for their specific team. You can trust their advise and they make sure you're in good hands. Wonderful experience, I'll be coming here for all my pet needs.
Not sure what happened to the grooming salon here but I used them all the time for my senior Aussie with no issues. He has since passed and today I took our 3 month puppy in for a puppy bath and nail trim. First off, when I got there it was rather chaotic. Hair everywhere, all stations busy, on lady on the phone holding a chihuahua that was barking nonstop. I stood for 10 mins before being helped. I dropped him off, an hour later they called and said he was done. I picked him up, all seemed ok until I got him in the car. He smelled so bad of wet dog I could barely stand it. Of course I couldn’t tell while I was in there because the entire salon smells horrible. I get it’s a groomer but I’ve been in plenty of other groomers that do not smell like this. So now I have him home and am going to have to give him a bath myself to get rid of the smell. I will not be bringing him back to PetSmart.
I’ll 10/10 never come back here for a groom EVER.....

While I normally have a good experience in the retail department, I wanted to specifically review the Grooming Salon. Jordan has done the grooming for our Maltese and Yorkie for the past 5-6 months or so. He has an excellent attitude and really seems like he loves what he does. I feel good about leaving our fur babies with him when they need their monthly grooming! I'm very glad we found Jordan.
