The clinic is convenient to me, I have to doggies and one is allergic to almost everything. The vets at this place are very caring, after any sick visit I get a follow up call to check on my boys. The staff knows me and my husband and both our puppies. The only issue I have is when they are over booked and I have to wait but other that they are friendly and my dogs love the staff. I have the insurance since my first puppy it's been almost 3 years.
Always very friendly and helpful with any questions I may have. Appear to really care for my puppy's health.
This location has been a nightmare to deal with. We just moved to the area but have to continue to drive to our former location, 30 min away because they don't give us any issues. The Rock Hill location demands we book an appointment every time we need a medication filled. The last time we filled it took them 30 min to simply print out a prescription. Afterwards I realized they gave us the wrong dosage. Our former location fills our prescriptions no problem the day of. It should never be this much of a hassle to give your dog vital care. They make it very stressful and difficult when it should be the opposite.
I've been taking my Diesel here since I got him @ 6 weeks old. He is a Blue Pitbull and we haven't had any negative feelings or actions toward him. I haven't had any problems from any employees here. Everyone is helpful and friendly. He was neutered and microchipped yesterday and the cost was actually cheaper than what I was informed that morning. They check up on him to make sure he is ok and comfortable. He is on the higher wellness plan which covers damn near everything. Dr Cooley is our absolute fave!
Our cat had a stroke in their care, no one noticed, or even mentioned it. They always push for drop off appointments, and our cat is pretty high strung. We had a four month old at home so thought it would be okay. They called us to ask if they could sedate our cat because they couldn't examine him. We picked him up and they said all was well. Our cat was disoriented for days, vomited. He lost 80% of his body weight and is now deaf. When we took him in, they said "we don't see anything wrong." I will never trust them with another pet. Sure they have great hours, but that's about all they have. Extremely sad and disappointed.
