Many years ago I worked for a local veterinarian hospital. I left there on good terms. About 2 months after leaving I called the vet and asked for him to put down my terminally iLL Akita, I was told he didn't have time...Crying and frantic to help my furbaby be relieved of her quick onset of pain I called Catawba. A doctor answered the phone( they were already closed) I explained my dogs sudden on set of pain and that she was terminally iLL. The doctor without hesitation asked me to bring the dog to the office. The Doctor was so pleasant and caring. A week later we received a sympathy card in the mail.....these people didn't even know me before this incident! Needless to say my dogs Camp there at least once a year and my cat is also seen there! I will never take my furbabies to any other place! They even call me while I am on vacation to let me know of any differences of behavior or of any problems that may concern them so we can make decisions together.....I love Catawba animal clinic!!!
All my dogs have received treatment since the clinic's opening. Excellent care, great veterinarians, wonderful staff, always!
Just another business. Front staff are often untrained and unempathetic. Shilling unnecessary and expensive medical procedures. Cold unwelcoming front end.
Great Boarding Staff - Very prompt & professional - my dog Legend is always happy here . Dr Morrison & Dr White are both excellent vet choices and have treated my dog Legend, each taking time to patiently explain treatment detail . You can tell the staff truly care about your pets needs here .
