The technician {Victor} arrived shortly after I called, he was both knowledgeable and very courteous, performed the repair quickly and quoted future services that would help to resolve any further needed repairs. Outstanding. From the owner to the technician to the nice young lady that answered their phone, this place knows how to treat a customer. I had an emergency with a cracked pipe above my hot water heater, and they were at my home within 1 hour and had the repair completed within 15 minutes of arriving. I called this morning and the nice lady at dispatch said a technician was in my area and she would squeeze me in between his calls. 10 minutes later i recieved a call stating the technician would be there in 15 minutes. 10 minutes later, Victor #217 the technician came out and helped me in a pinch with a leak under my dishwasher that was drivng me crazy. He was a true professional and was in and out of my house in no time, correcting the issue that had wore me out the prior 2 days. Thanks Victor #217 for your work and I hope Roto Rooter acknowledges hard working employees like you.
I requested an appointment today to resolve plumbing and sump pump issues via the online scheduler. Within an hour, Victor (217) contacted me and stated he could be at my house within 30 minutes. 20 minutes later, he was there. When I took him to the affected area, he was immediately able to diagnose and resolve the issue. He was courteous, polite and knowledgeable. In addition, he took a few minutes to provide us some pointers as precautionary measures if this were to occur again. And if that wasn't enough, he took a quick look at the sink house of our faucet (which was leaking), tightened it and said if we called Moen, they would replace the hose at no charge. I would definitely recommend Victor (217) to a friend or client.
