Wow, very disappointed in these people! Was told they were good?? Had a hail storm. They came quickly to provide a quote. I faxed it in to approve it and they didn't have it. Faxed again while on the phone and they said it would be 6 months after the quote to do the repair. Waited for 2 months and called back … now they "lost" the quote and it would take even longer!
developed severe problems due to the storm... And he didnt charge them a dime! PEOPLE WAKE UP....I would have waited a year for That kind of attitude and service.
I am astounded and so are everyone who has seen my work at their ability to perform miracles without hurting or damaging a shrub!... Before you judge people...look inside the realize their may be more to it than you think...Did you know that the storms knocked their who system out for a week? lost power ...lostt all their ability to schedule? If they were recommended by professionals...then listen and understand not tear apart.... half of these posts are competition trying to discredit...its a shame...
I needed two pieces of siding to replace a couple of pieces blown off in a storm. The big box stores don't carry my color. So we went to Champion for them. They store the remnants from completed jobs, so I figured we might get lucky and find a match. I was right. They had a close color match. But that's where the luck ended. They charged more than twice what even their supplier would have charged me for two pieces that had already been paid for by the customer the materials were ordered for in the first place.
That's the last $40 they'll ever get from me.
The Best Ive ever seen..Period
You know I read these reviews and I wonder how people can be so hard. I have used this company for my work for 30 years and have never found them to be anything but excellant in all they do. Yes right now there have been delays from all the work generated by the storm...and yes due to weather there have been some delays but why wouldnt you wait on the best? Did they cause the storm? I was told by one of their people that the owner chose not to use or hire storm chasers during this recent storm and he wanted to handle the volumn with HIS people and not entrust my home or anyone elses to strangers...and that has slowed them up some BUT...why wouldnt i wait for someone who has the respect for my home that I want them to have. They have worked for me 7 different times. they completed my roof and gutters again last week and I must tell you that it was amazing! four of my neighbors came by and commented that they wish they had waited on Champion... Also their foreman told me that the owner had sent them out and repaired over two hundred emergency and temporary repairs for people who had
The sales guy called back and told me that he has a copy and will get me scheduled. Then went on to tell me that they can't honor the quote that far out and it could be more. I told him I approved it and that they were the ones that made it January. He was too busy talking over me, telling me that they were the best, bad mouthing their competitors and telling me what I needed to understand about them that I declined their quote. It seems like business is so good for them that they can skip over customer service, basic courtesy and common sense.
