I contacted Champion services about repairing a leaking window. A representative promptly came out on Friday June 3rd and gave me an estimate for the work and explained they would do the work as soon as possible. On Monday June 6th, I was contacted by Champion that they could fix the window that day. I explained that my husband wanted to be home when the repairs were being done so could we schedule it for Friday June 11th. Unfortunately due to my husband's unpredictable work schedule, I had to cancel the appointment. I have called Champion twice to apologize for the inconvenience and asked them to please come and fix my window at their earliest convenience. No one has called me back. So I guess the moral to my story is to NEVER cancel an appointment with Champion services.
Terrible service they will look you right in the face won’t say anything and still have to wait 10 mins to get helped very rude people this isn’t the first time it’s happened but it’s the first I decided to write a review about it...and then I tell the lady that decides to come around to the side I’m on that nobody is helping they won’t even move out of their seat and I’ve rang the bell twice she just laughs and says okay.
Called Champion at end of May to have someone come out and give a quote for some repairs. Had to call a week and a half later to get the quote sent to me. After I approved quote I had to call again a week later to see when I could get repairs done and was told I would get a call to schedule work. As of this day I have not received a call, but no worries I got another company to do the job. Some companies do still value your business.

The name says it all! Would you rather go with a loser services? I understand the small delay in quotes and finishing the job when I'm working with a major company like Champion. I want professional work not an instant job completed as fast as possible by a man standing outside of Home Depot looking for work. Thanks for everything Carrie and Craig!
