Large nice privatrly owned park.
Big beautiful open areas for strolling and playing. There is a play ground and picnic areas/shelter. Great spot for fishing, though it is hard to drive all the way down to the river because of the gravel road. There are walking trails along the Catawba too. I've driven out here on several occasions and the gate was closed, but I've had the best luck on the weekends.

Nice nature preserve with plenty of trails and open space. Good place for a walk or paddle down the river!
