ZERO STARS/ HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE/ DISHONEST COMPANY. I would encourage anyone and everyone planning a move to avoid Smith Drayton at all costs. From the very start of the process I have received horrible customer service, and then, on the eve of my stuff being delivered, I got an e-mail from them saying my shipment was being delayed another several days. No reason was given, and no customer service was provided to me; the representatives made feeble excuses and made no effort to help me. I had planned home repairs and work PTO around the delivery date they had promised me, and even turned down a wedding invitation, only for them to pull the rug out from under me and go back on their original promises. Everyone associated with this company seems to be completely incompetent and incapable of providing halfway decent customer service. I have never had a worse experience with any company. Avoid them at all costs!
