This is Gloria Alexander and I really enjoyed my visit today. I was serviced by Wanda Mumma and her new assistant. The patience Ms. Mumma displayed was outstanding. I can't remember assistant's name but she was very personable and respectful to both of us. Clearly knew job functions and customer service was exemplary. I would recommend this particular CubeSmart location to those looking for prompt, efficient service. Thank you.
First time using a cube smart facility. Would not use anyone different. Wanda in the office is very helpful and willing to answer questions that you may have. She walked me around and showed me several units until we picked which one was right for the amount of stuff I have. Very happy I chose cube smart to store with. Highly recommend them to anyone in the Rock Hill area.
