Not really comfortable seats. They look old and not very premium for the ticket prices which are quite high. Other than that, it's good overall, friendly staff.
Has a great experience here. Had not been to a movie theater in years. After visiting, I was glad to make my first trip back here.
Blacks (and thus, colors) are lack luster, surround sound comparable to a HTIB from best buy for 300 bucks (which is just 25 movie tickets at this expensive theater).
Extremely average, except for the ticket prices. There are many better theaters in Charlotte that offer things like true 4k, reclined seats, Dolby Theaters (amc concord Mills, truly worth the drive from rock hill) all for less than the a standard adult ticket here in regal 14. Even their premium theaters (#13 & #14) are underwhelming with a very large seating area (to sell more tickets) without a properly large(r) screen to accommodate having to sit in the back (or heck, 3/4 of the way back).
Theater is clean, and staff is welcoming. However, the theater is in desperate need of an upfit. Seats are average in comfort, but tight. Ticket prices are overpriced for general admission, when other theaters offer reserved seating with recliner seats for the same price or even less. The lines for purchasing tickets are outside, under staffed, and inefficient. The process would be far more efficient and faster if they offered a few self service kiosks. Purchasing tickets online, in advance, is the smart play, if your schedule allows (though, the service fee with many apps, makes the price of the ticket that much less desirable, esp. for general admission.) Can't recommend this theater, unless it's movie offering and showtimes meet your schedule.
It was pretty good but the seats were not comterble. Other then that it was nice the customer service was great and it was really clean.
