Bianca was our server and she was amazing!
It was super busy when we went to eat at 1 on a Fri, 15 minute wait (also Christmas shoppers were out n about)! Didn't affect anything as far as quality. Our server was awesome, food was awesome. To be honest I've never been a huge fan of OG in general, probably ate at one maybe 5x in last 10 years. So I don't know if this one is just that good or they improved overall. Either way we'll definitely be going there again & I mean soon!
This olive garden has great customer service and the quality of the food exceeded expectations. The waiter was very nice and he was very prompt in checking on the table. I also commend olive garden for their veterans day menu and accomodating the big turn out on that day.
We had a really great experience at Olive Garden in rockhill South Carolina. A gentleman server by the name of Troy Dunbar came to our table and sang a beautiful love song in Italian, but he told us the story about it before he sang it. He has an amazing voice you should request him every time you go. There should be an option to load videos and i would load the one of him singing.
Horrible service! We waited 20 minutes before a hostess asked us how many in our party. We also had to wait FOREVER for our salad and bread. Had to ask several times for refills before they were brought. I love Olive Garden but have never had such bad service! Don't be in a hurry if you come here
Hmmm... Not a bad experience. Not great either. loved the apps. Very clean location. Waitress we had was great. (I haven't been to an Olive Garden in about 2 years outside of Nov. 2017.). Probably won't go back.
