Awful customer service. I've been a couple of times there because I like the warm towel service at the end. Seems like all the employees there have a bad attitude and they just don't care if you are waiting. If you are in a hurry I definitely don't recommend this place.
If a salon such as SUPERCUTS is only going to have ONLY 2 stylists available, they BOTH should Not be slow as hell and Both should not be doing color.
2 stars only bc the girls were friendly. BUT no stars for the stylist who cut my daughter's basic "a-line bob" who either didn't pay attention to the pictures and my own A-line bob haircut or she didn't want to admit she cut too much in the front leaving it shorter than the back- which was verified by my stylist and my husband- which speaks volumes! At that point we couldn't put the hair "back" so I just left. You pay for what you get! It may be cheap but the stylist most likely won't take accountability and give excuses ...like "it's just not blown-out" like the picture. Even if it was the front is much shorter than the back!! Frustrated.

Angela was friendly and efficient, and took the time to give me a few tips for my hair, something I've never got in another salon.
I had a great experience at Supercuts! The prices are great, the staff is super friendly and my hair looks Awesome!
