Very friendly and professional. Great service and they worked wonders on our calluses! Definitely recommend this place and we are going back. Plus, they had fun massage chairs and had a clean facility.
Personally, I have always had great experience at Magnolia Nail & Spa. The only problem is getting my credit card to run, but the service is great. The people that work there are incredibly friendly and helpful. I will not go anywhere else. Great place to get your nails done!
Waited 30 minutes to have my nails removed as I sat there they took 2 people in front of me. Very annoyed I just got up and walked out.
Went here with my wife and we both got deluxe pedicures. It was my first time but she has had them a lot. We both loved it. They were all so nice and made us good and comfortable. My feet have never been soft! Can't wait to go back.
A friend purchased an expensive gift from this place in the 24th of June 2016 as a birthday gift. We called two days later to explain the problem.. The friend went to the wrong place We called The Establishment Magnolia Nail and Spa in Rock Hill SC and they refused to give us our money back. I explained that this was a gift and that we could not afford to lose the money that they were an hour and a half from our house and I am not going to travel to get my nails done, I explained I wanted a spa treatment from my Magnolia Spa in Fort Mills and that it was a mistake purchase. I was told too bad I am sorry he made a mistake you are not getting your money back. I cried I begged I explained, she said too bad he made a mistake it is not our problem.We found no return policy, and no business sense nor compassion. So they stole the $150 from us. Don't go to this place. I give them a zero. Bad place
