Nice atmosphere smiles all around but expensive the sales associate was very pushy and all we wanted to do was look around and if we had any questions we would ask she kept pushing us to things we couldn't even afford every time. And she was over us like a hawk like when we went to test couches she was still standing right over our shoulders.. we left because of that awkwardness
Long time service
After paying for the furniture, they tell you that they will call you within 10 days (which is the shipping time). That's not the case. We called after 16 days to see if it was there and the lady said it was available to pick up right then. Come to find out that it had been there for 6 days. No call like they initially promised. So they were going to let it sit there until we called or just assume we were just never going to pick it up.
