Refuse to fix things but still want payment.
Recently purchased a new home and was super excited to come to badcock because I love their furniture. the store opens at 1 o'clock on sundays and (with doors unlocked) I began to walk in at 12:59 some lady screamed from the back of the store that I needed to wait outside until 1. The way she addressed me was got me by surprise. Very rude and all because of 1 minute. I would have had no problem waiting but for further reference IF YOUR NOT OPEN. DO NOT HAVE YOUR DOORS UNLOCKED. And that one minute difference caused you a lost sale. Thanks for nothing badcock.
Good Furniture but way too pricey for me there's other furniture stores I go to a get just as nice furniture for a lot less.
The staff was very friendly and helpful Mary was wonderful. I would have gave five stars but one of the guys that came out to bring my furniture complained the whole time and he told me that he accepts tips as soon a he came trough my door, but other than that I love Badcock.
They are very snooty and racist in there. Used to be an employee and was let go for theft "another" employee took part in. Had zero to do with the incident. Store owner didn't even be honest with reason for firing. Said he "couldn't afford me anymore" they also draw on furniture with permanent markers just to make a sale. If it's not brand new DONT GET IT.
