This place will have to close permanently soon... lack of products and poor service is killing the store.
So very sad that Sears stores have come to this. Rock Hill Sears store is 75% empty...all junk...felt like no a/c on...hot in there...horrible quality..junk. We are done with Sears.
If I could give 0 out of 5 stars, I would. The customer service at this store is non existent. My dad ordered a TV and mount wanting to get it installed and at this very moment, I've been back and forth switched from 800 number to 888 number to local store for almost an hour and no one can seem to help. I told my dad this is his last purchase.
Their auto shop is awful poor service and they charged my father over 600 dollars for 2 new tires TWO I will never take any of my automobiles there ever! Don't waste your money y'all!
