Had to rent a car for work and will definitely be back. Got upgraded to a fullsize even tho I only booked intermediate. These guys are awesome!
Great people, kind, pleasant. My daughter and her husband had never rented a car before and wanted to rent a nice car to go on their anniversary trip. Another company (AVIS) made them jump through unbelievable hoops (even taking FULL payment upfront) only to say NO at the last moment because they didn't have a credit card. Enterprise with no hassles what so ever put them in a beautiful 2017 Impala. My wife and I have and always will use Enterprise!!
The employees at this location as so pleasant and appear to REALLY enjoy their jobs, which to me is a sign of good management. The gentleman who assisted me was pleasant and friendly, the process was quick and painless, and i could not have been happier with the car rented to me. I will definitely use this location again.
I have been renting from this location since July 2014 I can honestly say that under the old management and as well as the new management; I have always been given exactly the car that I have asked for whether it's a full-size premium or sports car the only complaint that I can honestly say that I've had over the course of the last years, is that every time that I retrieve the car it is always filthy on the outside as if they never washed it and I would have to take it to a car wash myself and they have compensated me for the times that I had to do that; other than that they have really good quality customer service and they try there very best to meet the customers needs I would definitely recommend going to this location for all of your car rental needs and if you have any problems or any concerns I am sure they will be more than gladly to assist you; Great job guys....Keep up the Good Work
