Called me about 12 hours before by scheduled pickup time to tell me they were going to refuse to honor my prepaid online reservation made on the budget website because they don't like doing the paperwork associated with 1-way rentals. I told him to cancel the reservation then, and was told since it was prepaid I had to call the national 1800 number, which was impossible to get through to anyone.
And don't try canceling the reservation online, or you'll be charged a $150 no show fee for canceling less than 24 hours in advance (for a rental that was a fraction of that). Never do business with these clowns. They're a disaster.
