This is my favorite Michael's. The staff is great, they back up registers as long as there is someone else working. Things are restocked well. Sales are clearly marked. The store is clean and orderly.
Very helpful, will definitely shop here more often and love their great coupons and buy one get one deals. Also great source for Christmas decorations!
Had to return something that did not work and they were very pleasant to work with.
Nice place to get craft type stuff. They also have stuff you can buy for kids for presents. The staff is always nice but it is sometimes hard to find someone to ask where something is. I am usually running in here picking something up for my wife or daughter on lunch break. It would be nice to have someone walking around to help direct people who are not familiar with the store. Still a great place for crafty stuff.
Friendly and great deals. They offer military discounts with your coupons. I love that.
