Super great guys! Very nice and helpful and were of great service to my parents. Love them!
I had some belongings stored here for about 2 years. The place is secure, very clean, well-lit, and there are always carts available. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. I only gave it 4 stars is because there were at least 3 rent increases during the time I was there, which made the affordability aspect go from reasonable to impractical (and sealed my decision to get my stuff out of there). You do not get a price break for auto-pay, and they do not allow you to pay in advance. For the above reasons, it's a good place to store something for a short period of time, but may not be a good place to store things indefinitely unless you really don't have the room, the location is super convenient, or the continuing rising costs is not an issue for you.
I had a wonderful customer service experience at this location. Justin Harris went above and beyond to help me with my rental needs. He always kept the same plesent service even when he was alone and extremely busy! This man needs a service award and raise because of his outstanding service I'm using this location again .
Great customer service team and management. They were accommodating, honest, and friendly from day one. Premesis is very secure and prices are reasonable. Highly recommended.
