I called Pam to schedule an appointment for a house she has listed. She told me she can't meet me at lunchtime because she has meetings every day, and she would rather not meet me after work because traffic is bad and she is coming from a town 12 miles away - the same town I am coming from.
I've worked with Realtors before, typically they attempt to get to know me, tell me about themselves, normal human interactions. She refused to even let me see a property unless I hired her.
Looking at income properties in the Rock Hill area. Property was listed under Pam's name, she blatantly said "I'm not going to open the property from you unless you hire me and no one else."
BAD customer service. I will be using a different realtor.
She also gave me incorrect information about the home loan and was generally unwilling to work with my current lender, or my current schedule.
