Today I stopped in this pet store for the second rime. I took my dog to get her nails clipped and buffed. There is a young lady that works there who is so nice but the older lady, whom I guess is the owner I'd just downright hateful! I went to use my debt card and it seemed to make her mad. Thete is no sign posted anywhere saying that you need to spend a certain amt to use your card. She proceeded to close the dale and then slam the pen down on the counter for me to sign. Needless to say....I won't be back which sucks because everyone else was amazing. I will go to pet smart. Oh and I had ordered food for my peach front conure but I will just get it somewhere else!
Bought a long haired Chihuahua there nice people dog cost too much but he is a great little dude.
I had my dog groomed there and was not happy with how she turned out. They shaved the inside of her legs and around her rear. I understand she has a lot of hair and was knotted but I have never had her cut so much after being bathed. The hair was cut choppy and she had a lot of nicks on her skin.
Linda is quite rude. Support animal shelters, not pet stores. I feel bad for the animals there under Linda's care.
