Kyle and his team did excellent work with our roof and siding. Both had to be replaced very quickly in order for us to remain compliant with our homeowners policy. They got to work quickly and were very professional with Kyle keeping us up to speed at every step of the process. My family will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone. Andy and team at Southern Restoration, Inc. did such a great job on my home. I had pretty severe wind and hail damage to a large part of the exterior, including my roof, siding, gutters, fascia, and shutters. The process was seamless and I had zero anxiety about any of it due to great integrity, communication & workmanship. Absolutely 100 % recommend this company for roof repair/replacement. After going through months of trying to get the other roofing company to do what they promised, I called Southern Restoration and they delivered exactly what they promised. Kyle and Caleb provided constant communication every step of the way. Caleb went out of his way to contact my insurance company to find out what exactly was needed. He took the hard work off of his customer and did all of the leg work. To top off the excellent service, he provided a full report after the repair that included details of the repair along with before, during and after pictures. I will definitely be using Southern Restoration for my replacement in the near future.
