They forgot our drink and when we called them to bring it they said they would. Then they didnt even bring it and we called AGAIN!! and this time they offered store credit instead of a refund so we are now getting a 2 liter of mtn dew almost an hour after finishing pizza. Ridiculously bad service from both the drivers and management
This location has friendly in store service but they delivery service is an absolute farse. They have messed up several orders for us over the last several months. Incidents range from sending the wrong pizzas to obviously delivering a pizza that had been dropped...upside down. Cheese was stuck to the top of the box. We never complain but tonight I ordered pizza for my family and was told it would be there in 30 minutes. An hour later I called and was told the order had not been completed. Spoke with the manager and he said he could send the order out but I'm over this place. We order from here so often that we were willing to overlook the occasional mishap. But obviously the mishap has become the standard. If your going to order from this location, might I suggest you go in person to get your food bc delivery service from this location is, and has been, a joke!!

Cheese bread with no cheese, pizza with gooey dough, and late delivery. This last fiasco was my last. I am done!
