I put a ring on lay away with Adam and paid it off for my anniversary. I took it with my wife back to Adam to have the diamonds added to her ring. He allowed us to trade up. I cannot say enough great things about this jeweler. I will never trade my experience with this jeweler for any jeweler in the Carolina's. He treats you like he has known you all his life. GREAT, GREAT, GREAT!!!!
i layaway a necklace and when i pay it off it wasn't what i layaway it was one that cost less and a whole lot smaller. Wouldn't give a refund or give me my necklace i layaway.

My fiancé and I look at the reviews of this place so we decided to get her engagement ring sized down. When we finally got the notice that it was ready for pickup a week later, we went to get it. I looked at it when we got back in the car ans saw that the underside of the ring was no longer in its original design. It was all warbly and messed up, yes it was still round but, it didn't have the nice, clean reflection that it had before. It was very distorted because it was messed up. There were also some scratches on the side that weren't polished out and they weren't there before. Terrible service. They need a lot more practice. If you want them to practice on your ring go ahead but I wouldn't suggest it...
