Plenty of staff to help you. Their staff greeted me upon entry and offered assistance. Their prices are higher than you'll find at the big box stores. I paid over $13 for an item which is regularly under $10. I went during the Christmas season and I thought they might have something discounted but I didn't see anything marked down. I'll most likely shop elsewhere for more common items, there's no reason to spend more if i can help it.
There is nothing like a local, true hardware store. Buy exactly what you need. If you need 3 screws, 6 washers and 6 nuts, but exactly that - just like you used to. No waste by buying packs of unused hardware you won’t use. Also a great place to get a grill tank refilled.
