I usually have a great experience at this place when getting a blow out but recently the had some new ladies in. My hair is thick but not course after getting a deep condition every stylist should know to detangle the hair with a wide tooth comb,but not the lady who did my hair she detangle using a very fine tooth comb that pulled my hair and gave me a horrible headache. Then when I asked for a roller set she proceeded to roll my hair without product....so I stopped her and corrected her then the owner came over and put foam in all over and the other lady proceeded. Not a happy customer.
