I recently needed to switch to Shiland Dentistry from a Pediatric dentist solely for insurance reasons. My son needed some serious dental work and I was a little apprehensive about seeing a doctor who did not specialize in children. I must say that the whole experience was fantastic at every level. The doctors made a special point to talk us through the process and ask questions. They made my son feel comfortable. He said the numbing process actually worked better than at his previous dentist. I also appreciated how the staff carefully and accurately reviewed our costs. We are very pleased to have chosen Shiland Dentistry as our family dentists.
I was very impressed by the welcoming environment and staff. I had an infant with me, and every person in the office was inviting and accommodating to myself and my child. As a first time patient, I felt that this office took time to examine me. I would recommend to anybody that needs a friendly, professional, and efficient dental office.
