Set up my electric today! To do this you go to City Hall, downton Rock Hill. Once in the front door turn right and enter that door. There are five stations with Customer Service Representatives. There's a screen at a podium just a couple feet inside the door where you sign up. Patricie was the lady that did my paperwork. She was friendly, helpful and it only took a few minutes. It does take a deposit if you haven't lived in Rock Hill before but you do get that money back eventually. I have lived in the Carolinas before and never been late with a payment yet they still need a deposit. Just the way they do it here. So, $150 later my electric was good to go.
