Know the manager, know the owner, they'll do right by you and will give you a lot for your trailer or motel room if they've got the space. Both are very friendly and respecting people and expect the same from their tenants. Best place to stay in rock hill if you've got a camper
Rent is low. Neighbors are too close. Some silly rules too. But overall a good place.
I called to get information on camp sites at Pecan Grove Commons and the lady who answered immediately insulted me and was very rude.
This is a horrible place I rented a efficiency and every day was a situation or problem for them to come and fix something and constantly every week they will pressure you to pay your rent it is not worth staying here
